Romantic Warriors is the fifth studio album by the duo Modern Talking, released in 1987. The album was recorded at a time when the relationship between the members of the duo Dieter Bohlen and Thomas Anders was tolerable (before the scandal during the concert in Munich). A large number of live instruments were used in the recording. The album opens with the song released as a single, "Jet Airliner", written under the impression of Bolen from endless air travel.

Modern Talking was a German musical duo that existed from 1984 to 2003, performing dance music in the style of Eurodisco, Europop and Eurodance. The band consisted of Thomas Anders (lead vocals) and Dieter Bohlen (guitar, backing vocals, songwriting, production). It is one of the most successful bands in the history of popular music and the most successful among those created in Germany: the band's recordings have sold more than 120 million copies worldwide (as of 2003).
