Delivery Information

By prior agreement, you can independently drive up to our office for an order.

We will be glad to see you, but please coordinate your visit with the manager. Without pre-ordering, the availability of goods in the office is not guaranteed!

Delivery by our own courier service is carried out on working days from Monday to Friday, as well as by agreement on Saturday.

After your order is processed, the courier service manager will contact you at the phone number you specified to clarify the convenient delivery time.

Cost: the order will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE if the order amount exceeds 800 UAH. If the amount of your order is less than 800 UAH, the delivery cost will be 50 UAH.

The delivered cargo is stored in the office of the New Post office in the city of arrival for 5 working days, the recipient can pick it up at any convenient time.

To receive an order, you must have a passport with you and know the number of the baggage declaration (after sending the order, the number of the baggage declaration will be sent to you by SMS notification).

As a rule, the goods arrive at their destination the next day (sometimes a day later) after shipment, about which you receive an automatic SMS notification.

Dispatch schedule: the shipment of goods by "New Mail" is carried out within 1-3 working days, depending on the availability of goods in stock. Don't worry, the managers will try to send your order as soon as possible!

When choosing the delivery method - delivery by Ukrposhta, the order will be completed, packed and sent by postal parcel. When the parcel arrives at your post office, a notification should arrive in your mailbox (delivery of the notification is the responsibility of Ukrposhta employees).

Please note — in order to receive an order, you will definitely need a passport!

Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Ukrposhta, subject to 100% prepayment of the order.

If the amount of your order is less than 400 UAH, the cost of delivery is determined according to the current tariffs of Ukrposhta and depends on the amount and weight of the order, and usually amounts to 8-25 UAH.
