The Sounds Life online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) on the one hand and the customer of the goods (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) on the other hand undertake to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1. USER REGISTRATION.

1.1 By placing an order on the Sounds Life website, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Buyer's personal data is not provided to third parties, but is stored for the provision of services for the sale of goods presented on the Sounds Life website.
The online store reserves the right to use this information for marketing purposes (analysis of product sales data, site traffic analysis, e-mailing).

1.3 By registering on the Sounds Life website, the Buyer agrees to provide reliable, accurate information about himself and his contact details.

2. RECEIVING AND PROCESSING ORDERS.

2.1. Orders are accepted via the Sounds Life website, as well as by phone +38(067)747-50-77, +38(048)701-05-88.

2.2. Time for receiving calls and processing orders: Monday-Friday from 10.00 to 19.00

2.3. After placing an order, the Buyer receives a message to the email address specified during registration that his order has been accepted by the automatic order management system, and a representative of the online store will soon contact him to place an order, check the availability of the ordered goods, clarify the terms of payment and delivery.

2.4 The order is not considered completed if the Buyer has not passed the order confirmation stage with the representative of the online store by phone (if the Buyer does not answer the call, is out of range of mobile communication, etc.).

3. DELIVERY AND PAYMENT.

3.1 The terms of payment and delivery of goods to the Buyer are regulated by the section "Delivery".

3.2 The Buyer understands the possibility of a situation in which delivery will take more than 2 working days (due to the peculiarities of the delivery service; a large volume of orders and, in this regard, the lengthening of the time for processing each order, etc.), or delivery will be temporarily impossible at all. At the same time, the Sounds Life online store does not assume any obligations to compensate for any losses of the Buyer associated with late delivery of the order. If the Buyer is not satisfied with the delivery time, he has the right to refuse the order on the day of its registration by contacting the operator of the Sounds Life online store.

4. CHECKING THE DELIVERED GOODS.

4.1 Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer must check the quantity and quality of the received goods.
If, upon receipt of the order, you find a product that does not match the order, we guarantee to provide you with the proper product at our expense.

5. WARRANTY PERIOD.

5.1 Due to the fact that different manufacturers provide different warranty periods for their goods, the Buyer, when placing an order, should check with the representative of the online store the warranty periods for the purchased goods in order to avoid misunderstandings.

5.2. The warranty period established by the manufacturer is calculated from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer or sending the goods to the Buyer through the delivery service chosen by the Buyer.

6. RECEIPT STATEMENT

6.1. If the Buyer wishes to receive a receipt, he must additionally indicate this during the ordering process or coordinate with the operator of the online store using one of the contact phone numbers listed on the Sounds Life website.

7. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.

7.1 The Sounds Life online Store reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement, while the online store undertakes to notify the Buyer by e-mail about all fundamental changes in the Agreement, and the Buyer agrees to receive such messages from the online store.

7.2 The Sounds Life online Store undertakes to make the terms of this Agreement freely available to the Buyer on its website.

8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

8.1 The Sounds Life Online Store may make changes to the materials and services provided on this website, as well as to the products and prices mentioned in them, at any time without notice.

8.2 The Sounds Life Online Store is under no circumstances liable for any damage (including damage from loss of profit, data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use this site.
