Vinyl Player Pro-Ject RPM-3 Carbon 2M-Silver Piano

The tonearm of the PRO-JECT RPM 3 Carbon (2M Silver) Piano model, developed by Pro-Ject Audio Systems, is made of carbon fiber, aluminum and resin using a special technological process - high-temperature compression. As a result, it turned out to be more rigid and resistant to resonances than one would expect from a device of such cost, and also very light. The Ortofon 2M Silver pickup is normally installed on the tonearm and there is a new magnetic antiskating. The counterweight has also been improved, now it is supplemented with TPE damping and an antiresonance ring near the base. The base disc of the player has a vinyl surface, so you do not need to use an additional mat. 

The precision synchronous DC motor is completely mechanically decoupled from the chassis, as in the 1Xpression Carbon model, and is powered by an alternating voltage generator with a new power supply. The inverted support bearing is equipped with a ceramic ball, which ensures greater smoothness of movement.
