"Led Zeppelin III" is the third studio work by Led Zeppelin, released in 1970. Interestingly, all the compositions were written by the musicians while relaxing in a cottage in the mountains of Wales. Acoustic instruments began to dominate the band's sound, which was not entirely liked by listeners and critics. On the other hand, this record inspired the musicians to come up with acoustic concert arrangements of some songs.
The legendary Led Zeppelin band was founded in 1968 in London and has been recognized as one of the most successful and influential in the history of rock music. Their records sold 300 million copies, 10 of them occupied the first line of the Billboard 200 chart. According to the VH1 channel, Led Zeppelin ranks first in the list of the "100 greatest hard rock artists". The band's name is inscribed in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Rolling Stone magazine awarded the team the status of "the best band of the 70s" and "the heaviest band". The band has Grammy Awards and the Polar Music Prize.
