American author-performer Bob Dylan has been a cult figure in rock music for several decades. The artist was the founder of such musical genres as country rock and electrified folk rock. Many of Dylan's songs, such as "Blowin' in The Wind" and "The Times They Are a-Changin'" have become real anthems of various civic movements. The performer has 9 Grammy Awards, in addition, six of his compositions were included in the Grammy Hall of Fame. For the song "Things Have Changed" from the movie "Prodigies" he has an Academy Award and a Golden Globe. According to Rolling Stone magazine, Bob Dylan is the second (after The Beatles) most important performer in the history of music.
