The Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB OM5e vinyl player belongs to a new line of affordable models. The design of the player is made taking into account all the requirements for Hi-Fi-class models, and can be recommended for purchase not only for beginners, but also for experienced music lovers. The player is manufactured at the Pro-Ject factory in Europe.

The T1 series presents players with a similar design, but different functionality. The Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB has a solid chassis that has good anti-vibration characteristics. The player is equipped with an 8 mm thick support disc made of tempered polished glass. The reference disk is mounted on a subdisc, which is connected by a pasik to a low-noise engine. This model has an electronic switch for the rotation speed of the disk 33 or 45 rpm. The disk is covered with a mat on top, which provides additional damping of the plate.

The Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB player has a lightweight 8.6-inch aluminum tonearm with an integrated shell. This design made it possible to reduce the resonances of the tube, as well as to make the appearance of the player more concise. The tonearm is mounted on a precision bearing with zero beats.

The player comes with an Ortofon OM5e MM pickup already pre-installed and configured, and, thus, is almost completely ready to listen to the records immediately after unpacking. Another feature of the Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB is the presence of a built-in phono corrector, which makes it possible to connect it to any free line input of an integrated amplifier or AV receiver. However, if desired, the built-in circuit can be turned off and a signal can be sent from the pickup to an external device.

The Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB player is equipped with a dust cover, as well as a high-quality interblock cable. This model has an accurate sound with a wide stereo picture and deep bass, and is great for playing both new and retro records.
