The Pro-Ject Essential III SB OM10 vinyl player is part of an updated series of turntables, each model of which has unique functionality. This allows the music lover to choose the right player in terms of equipment, without paying attention to the main technical parameters and design, since they are the same for all Essential III models.

The Pro-Ject Essential III SB player has an MDF chassis with good anti-resonance characteristics, which is mounted on damping supports. It can have a glossy coating of three colors – red, black or white – which not only gives the player an expensive appearance, but also serves for additional vibration damping. The support disc of the player is also made of MDF and is precisely balanced to obtain the most smooth rotation. The Pro-Ject Essential III SB model has an electronic SpeedBox plate rotation speed switch, made according to a patented scheme. It provides high stability of the disk rotation with minimal mechanical noise of the engine.

One of the differences between the Essential III series players from the models of the previous series is the motor pulley, which is now made with high precision from aluminum. The support disc is supported by a bearing made of stainless steel. The Pro-Ject Essential III SB is equipped with a damped aluminum tonearm, on which a high-quality Ortofon OM10 pickup is installed at the Pro-Ject factory. The tonearm has a sinker antiskating and is mounted on precision bearings. The player is supplied with a dust cover and a proprietary Connect iT E phono cable.

The player is easy to set up and use initially, and provides a real Hi-Fi sound thanks to the classic design and high-quality manufacturing.
