Coaxial cable Van Den Hul The Second XLR

After the huge success of the Van den Hul First coaxial connecting cable, it is also time to create a symmetrical version of the cable with conductors made of LSC (Linear Structured Carbon) material. The most logical name for this cable was the name Second (that is, "second").

The two central conductors are identical groups of fibers made of LSC material, 12,000 individually insulated fibers each. In addition to undistorted and high-quality signal transmission over such a fiber, individual fiber isolation further improves the signal quality: it prevents the transfer of electrons from one fiber to another. The direct result of this is the movement of electrons through the fibers in only one direction, without moving "sideways".

The insulation of both central conductors is made of foamed polyethylene of white and brown color. The filler of this cable, consisting of specially treated artificial fibers, protects the Second cable from moisture penetration, which allows you to maintain the cable capacity at a consistently low level. The screen of this cable is made up of four layers: two different groups of spirally wound wires of oxygen-free copper with a dense coating of silver, and two saturated layers of LSC. Such shielding can be considered the best; the cable is completely closed from the penetration of any external signals and has many advantages that such a design gives.

The outer shell of the cable is made of Hulliflex 3 material of a pleasant light brown color. This is the best insulation material for the outer shells of cables that Van den Hul could create. The Hulliflex 3 material provides excellent mechanical protection and has a very high chemical resistance.
