Interconnect cable Van Den Hul The Tide RCA - RCA
The conductors in the cable consist of 12 cores, which are made of oxygen-free copper with a large-crystal structure and coated with silver. The cross section of the conductors is 24 AWG (0.212 mm2). The connector has an extremely low capacity, which is only 44 pF per meter, which has a positive effect on the quality of its sound. To reliably protect the transmitted audio signal from external electrical interference, Van Den Hul Tide is equipped with a dual hybrid screen. It consists of a dense 96-core braid and a coating of linearly structured carbon fiber (LSC). Each conductor has its own shielding, which reduces the level of crosstalk. The external insulation of the connector is made of HulliFlex polymer, which guarantees minimal dielectric losses and high mechanical strength. The internal insulation in this model is made of polyethylene. The overall diameter of the connector is 7 mm and it has good flexibility.
In this configurationVan Den Hul Tide is equipped with branded RCA C-7.3 connectors with gold-plated contact surfaces. The model is available in standard lengths from 0.8 to one and a half meters, it is also possible to manufacture this connector of any other length to order.
Good noise immunity and low loss of useful signal allow you to useVan Den Hul Tide for transmitting audio signals not only at the linear level, but also for connecting pickups or compatible music equipment. The cable has an almost neutral tonal balance, which makes it compatible with a variety of audio equipment.
Van den Hul The Tide Features:
- The central cores are made of pure oxygen–free copper coated with a dense layer of pure silver - for an accurate and transparent sound. The silver coating increases the durability of the conductor, preventing it from oxidizing.
- A very low parasitic capacitance between the conductors (only 44 pF/m) minimizes the load of signal sources with high resistance and changes their sound character for the better.
- A double protective shield in combination with a special linearly structured carbon fiber keeps the signal clean and protects it from noise.
- The dense and flexible material of the HULLIFLEX braid gives maximum mechanical rigidity and durability of the cable, protecting it from external influences.
