The Electric Light Orchestra (or ELO) group was created in Britain in 1970, and gained particular popularity in the period of 70-80 years. Experimenting in various genres (from symphonic rock to progressive), the team has released 11 studio albums. During its existence, ELO has sold over 50 million albums worldwide, as well as written over 20 hits that hit the Top 40 in the USA and England. During the founding of ELO, Lynn said that his goal is to create modern rock and pop songs, and this goal remains with the musician even 30 years after the founding of the collective. Lynn himself, in addition to participating in two huge-scale collectives at once, also collaborated and produced such artists as The Beatles, Roy Orbison, George Harrison, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Tom Petty and Joe Walsh
