Peter Brian Gabriel is a British musician. He began his career as a vocalist, flautist and percussionist of the British prog rock band Genesis, then began a successful solo career, was a producer of a large number of recordings by ethnic artists, and is known for his humanitarian work. In 2002, Peter Gabriel's album Passion: Music for The Last Temptation Of Christ with music for the film The Last Temptation Of Christ was included in the ranking of the 25 Most influential ambient albums Of All Time (The 25 Most Influential Ambient Albums Of All Time).
