The thirteenth studio album by Marcus Miller, released in 2018. Miller recorded most of the tracks with his band in a New York studio, and also hired guest musicians: Trombone Shorty, Kirk Walum, vocal sextet Take 6, Jonathan Butler and Belgian singer Sela Sue.

Marcus Miller is an American jazz musician, composer and producer, endorser of the famous musical instrument manufacturer Fender. The artist has worked both solo and as a bass guitarist for Miles Davis, Eric Clapton and David Sanborn. He began his career as a solo artist in 1993 with the release of the album The Sun Don't Lie. Marcus Miller is a two-time Grammy Award winner, in 1991 he co-wrote the best rhythm and blues composition (Love Power), and in 2001 created the best contemporary jazz album (album M2). Lately, the artist has been devoting more time to writing music for films.
