In Switzerland, the Ellis Mano Band is not much different from the Wrecking Crew or the Funk Brothers. These are first-class studio musicians and representatives of the elite of the Swiss music scene. Despite the fact that they have spent years making music with other artists, the band members still haven't had enough time to create their own music. "We chose the album name Ambedo because it reflects the state of the album recording process," says guitarist Edis Mano. Ambedo refers to the tendency to both reflect and absorb. Musicians like us do this all the time, especially when we write new songs and record a new album."
The first single "Keep It Simple" refers to the only theme on the planet that is certainly not at all simple... love.
