The Pro-Ject Essential III Digital vinyl record player is part of an updated series of Essential III players, all models of which are built on the same chassis, but differ in functionality. This will allow the user to select a player with the necessary set of functions without sacrificing sound quality.

The design of the player has been improved compared to the Essential II version – in particular, it received a new precision aluminum pulley made by diamond cutting, as well as a new engine control scheme. The Pro-Ject Essential III Digital has a chassis and a support disk made of MDF, the characteristics of which have been optimized for damping parasitic resonances. For optimal mechanical decoupling, the device is equipped with damping supports. The player is equipped with an 8.6-inch aluminum tonearm with sapphire bearings, on which the Ortofon OM10 pickup is already installed. Thus, after purchasing the player, the music lover will only need to carry out its simple basic setup, and it will be possible to start listening to music.

The features of the Pro-Ject Essential III Digital model include the presence of a built-in phono corrector, as well as an ADC with signal output via the TosLink connector. With the help of a switch on a pair of gold-plated RCA jacks of the player, a signal can be transmitted from the output of the phono corrector, or directly from the pickup. The built-in phono corrector of the Pro-Ject Essential III Digital player is designed to work with MM cartridges. The digital-to-analog converter allows you to output a signal with a sampling frequency of 48 or 96 kHz. Through the optical output, the player can be connected to compatible audio devices (soundbars, AV receivers) that do not have a free analog input.

The Pro-Ject Essential III Digital player is a real Hi-Fi model, the design of which and the ability to customize meet all the requirements of music lovers. The device is available in three versions of the lacquer finish – red, black or white.
