Pro-Ject 2 Xperience Classic S Piano - The Pro-Ject 2-Xperience Classic vinyl disc player has a fiberboard chassis, finished with black piano lacquer. The 2 kg support disc is also made of high-quality fiberboard, and is covered with a 4 mm thick vinyl layer for mechanical decoupling of the plastic installed on it. For better fixation of the latter, there is a steel clamp with a screw attachment on the surface of the support disk.

The support disk is driven by a passer (rotation speeds of 33.1/3 and 45 rpm are provided), the engine has a reliable mechanical isolation from the turntable body to eliminate undesirable effects on its structural elements.

The disc bearing is made of bronze, with a Teflon insert, into which a chrome-plated alloy steel spindle is installed. All elements of the support bearing are manufactured with precision precision, thereby achieving a very stable rotation of the disc with a minimum level of detonations.

The Pro-Ject 2-Xperience Classic player is equipped with a Pro-Ject 9cc tonearm, which can optionally be equipped with an Ortofon 2M Red MM pickup. The tonearm and the head holder are a single structure, and are made of carbon fiber. The conical shape of the tonearm tube makes it possible to effectively deal with resonances, and makes it acoustically inert. The tonearm support bearing has an inverted four-point design, and is made of alloy steel with precision precision.

The Pro-Ject 9cc tonearm is very simple, and at the same time flexible in configuration, and is designed to install heads weighing from 6 to 10 grams (if desired, counterweights for working with heads of other weights can be purchased additionally). Silicone-damped microlith significantly increases the convenience of using the player. The internal wiring is very flexible, which ensures reliable connection of pickups, has a conductor made of extra pure copper and high-quality external insulation. A pair of gold-plated RCA connectors is used to connect to the phono corrector.
