Fully automatic vinyl player from recognized masters of "turntables" from Audio-Technica (Japan). The AT-LP series is distinguished by its striking simplicity combined with high performance.

An entry-level product, however, is endowed with all the qualities of an "adult" record player. The AT-LP3WH has a replaceable cartridge MM-type AT91R (screwing in another cartridge, we get a different sound), a belt drive and two gears - at 33 and 45 rpm, the ability to play 7- and 12-inch discs.

Audio output is carried out in two ways (connection with acoustics - through the RCA sockets on the back of the device): after amplification by the built-in phono corrector (the "Phono" button is pressed); to the external preamp (the "Line" button is pressed).

Making a Spotify melody is an elementary task that even a child can handle. But you cannot see how electrical impulses "fly" through wires or through the air, forming musical samples.

The owner of the "turntable" AT-LP3WH has access to a whole range of unusual sensations: to weigh the carrier on his hand; to smell vinyl; to personally observe the physical process of sound production, as the needle of the tonearm mechanically "reads" music, groove by groove; to hear the clicks of sharp electricity; to feel the living breath of music.

In the XXI century, it is terribly irrational to start an Audio-Technica AT-LP3WH or a similar device. We have to keep the collection on large vinyl "pancakes", where half an hour of sound on one side, and on which it is possible to record only once.

But it's as exciting as personally riding on the prairie, and not watching the rider on TV, in the release of the National Geographic channel.

The AT-LP3WH model is ultra–budget, so if you are going to record in vinyl, then it is reasonable to start with it. The sound of this "turntable" - warm, with a soulful middle, with a meaty rock bass - is able to make the listener fall in love with this "old-fashioned" way of storing and reproducing audio information.
