Donauwellenreiter are one of the most exciting, unusual and innovative formations from Vienna, Austria. Thomas Castañeda, pianist, founder and “mastermind” behind the group composes radiant, unique tunes with fascinating poetic messages. Their work is the sum of its members’ musical journeys and experiences, which encompass folk, pop, jazz, classical and chamber music, world music and more.
